Horror Zimmer!!! Wir haben Superior Zimmer Gebuchr mit Meerblick und bekommen ein Standardzimmer. AUF Nachfrage sei das Hotel ausgebucht. Das Bad ist so alt und schimmel. Wer weiß wer diese Bewertungen schreibt. Als Yeutscher ist man in diesem Hotel das letzte! Noch nie so unfreundliche Menschen an der Rezeption gesehen. So überheblich und abgezockt. Nie wieder dieses Hotel! Nicht zu empfehlen. Eine kleine Flasche Wasser 1.50Euro 🤣🤣🤣 und man bemerke kein Trinkwasser

Short trip with the family, we made the decision to stay at the Crowne Plaza. Best decision ever! Beautiful hotel and the service was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast is a must! Our waiter Jose Manuel was the absolute professional offering the most dedicated and courteous service. Loved it! Will definitely come back to this gorgeous hotel!😊

Such excellent service… the restaurant manager is amazing and very accommodating, making sure everything is perfect… Miguel in charge of the pool bar is so friendly and makes the most excellent drinks. We have truly enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend staying here and visiting Miguel at the pool bar and BBQ.

María in housekeeping was extremely attentive and helpful. I love this hotel. It always feels like home! From reception, rooom service, poolside, and beyond. This is where you go when you want to feel like home without any distractions. I highly recommend it!

Excellent treatment from Miss Wilkenia, she was always aware of what we needed The view is beautiful, the launge is spectacular, allowing you to take nice photos, the food is very good and meets expectations, definitely a good place to hang out or just eat a snack
